| 目的 分析老年患者超声引导下赛丁格技术经外周静脉中心置管(PICC)发生并发症的原因,探讨思维导图模式在降低PICC置管并发症中的应用。方法 选取2020年2月至10月某三甲医院置入PICC导管的患者45例,按收治时间顺序分为常规维护组和思维导图维护组。2020年2月至6月收治的22例患者实施常规维护,2020年7月至10月收治的23例患者实施思维导图维护,分析并比较两组患者的PICC并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果 思维导图维护组PICC置管后并发症发生率明显低于常规维护组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。思维导图维护组患者满意度为95.65%,常规维护组的患者满意度68.18%,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 采取有效的思维导图模式干预,可明显降低老年患者PICC并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。 |

| Objective To analyze the causes of complications in elderly patients with PICC catheterization under ultrasound guidance,and discuss the application of mind map nursing intervention on reducing the PICC-related complications.Methods From February to October 2020,45 elderly patients with PICC catheter in our department were analyzed.According to time sequence,all the patients were divided into routine nursing intervention group and mind map nursing intervention group.From February to June 2020,22 cases received routine nursing intervention.From July to October 2020,23 cases of patients received mind map nursing intervention.The PICC-related complication incidence and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and compared in the two groups.Results The complication incidence of patients in mind map nursing intervention group was obviously lower than that in routine nursing intervention group after PICC surgery (P＜0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction of the patients was 95.65% in mind map nursing intervention group,and 68.18% in routine nursing intervention group,which had significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Effective mind map nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of PICC-related complications among elderly patients and improve the nursing satisfaction. |
