| 目的 探讨上健明穴位注射甲钴胺在干眼症患者中的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法 将符合条件的干眼症患者分为观察组(32例)和对照组(33例),对照组予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,观察组在上健明穴位行甲钴胺注射疗法。观察治疗前后两组患者角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪液分泌测定实验(Schirmer I)、角结膜染色得分情况,对比两组眼部症状积分变化,并对疗法的安全性进行评估。结果 上健明穴位注射甲钴胺可减轻角膜上皮细胞损害程度,在改善干眼症患者角膜上皮损害情况、泪眼分泌情况方面疗效显著,并可明显改善干眼症患者的眼部症状积分。操作过程中应注意延长按压时间,避免发生局部血肿、瘀斑情况。结论 甲钴胺注射液在上健明可发挥针刺、药物的双重效应,在减轻干眼症患者的临床症状方面疗效确切。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of mecobalamin injection at Shangjianming acupoint(Extraordinary Point) in patients with dry eye.Methods The eligible patients with dry eye were divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (33 cases).The control group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The observation group received mecobalamin injection therapy at Shangjianming.The staining scores of FL,Schirmer I and conjunctiva in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the changes of ocular symptom scores in the two groups were compared,and the safety of this treatment was evaluated.Results Mecobalamin injection at Shangjianming point reduced the damage degree of corneal epithelial cells,and had a significant effect in improving the condition of corneal epithelial damage and tear secretion in patients with dry eye,and significantly improved the score of ocular symptoms in patients with dry eye.In the process of operation,attention should be paid to extend the pressing time to avoid local hematoma and ecchymosis.Conclusion Mecobalamin injection can play the dual effects of acupuncture and drugs in Shangjianming,and it is effective and feasible in alleviating clinical symptoms of patients with dry eye disease. |
