外泌体是一种由绝大多数细胞分泌的微小囊泡,在体内生理以及病理过程中发挥重要作用。发生排斥反应的肺移植受者(LTxR)循环外泌体中含有不匹配的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)和肺相关自身抗原(如K-α1微管蛋白和胶原蛋白V)等,外泌体可能是由自身抗体诱导产生的,循环中的外泌体引发免疫反应,导致肺移植受者发生排斥反应。本文从3个方面讨论外泌体在肺移植中的作用:外泌体作为肺移植后发生排斥反应的生物标志物;外泌体介导的激活免疫反应的机制;外泌体作为治疗策略的潜在能力。 |

Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by most cells and play an important role in physiological and pathological processes in vivo.The circulating exosomes of rejected lung transplant recipients (LTxR) contain mismatched human leukocyte antigens (HLA) and lung associated autoantigens (such as K-α1 tubulin and collagen V),etc.,exosomes may be induced by antibodies to autoantigens,and these circulating exosomes trigger immune response that leads to rejection in lung transplant recipients.Here,we will discuss the role of exosomes in lung transplantation from three aspects:exosomes as biomarkers of lung transplantation rejection;Exosome mediated activation of immune response mechanisms;the potential of exosomes as therapeutic strategies. |
