| 目的 探讨盐酸羟考酮联合丙泊酚用于颅脑创伤急诊手术的麻醉效果。方法 将76例颅脑创伤患者按掷硬币法分为两组,其中观察组为38例,采用丙泊酚结合盐酸羟考酮；对照组为38例,采用丙泊酚结合瑞芬太尼；评估两组麻醉恢复、镇痛效果。结果 观察组麻醉效果有关的指标优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组VAS评分低于对照组,自控镇痛泵按压次数少于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组术中、术后24 h血清指标都有所下降,且观察组下降明显(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应5.26%低于对照组23.68%(P＜0.05)。结论 盐酸羟考酮联合丙泊酚对颅脑创伤急诊手术患者有良好的麻醉效果。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxycodone hydrochloride combined with propofol anesthesia on emergency operation of craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 76 patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into two groups by coin toss method,one group (observation group,38 cases),propofol combined with oxycodone hydrochloride; the other group (control group,38 cases),propofol combined with remifentanil.The anesthesia recovery and analgesic effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results The indexes related to anesthesia effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pressing times of the patient-controlled analgesic pump in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum indexes of the two groups decreased during 24 hours after operation,and the observation group decreased significantly(P＜0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were 5.26% lower than 23.68% in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride combined with propofol has a good analgesic and anesthetic effect for patients with craniocerebral trauma emergency operation. |
