| 目的 探讨经尿道等离子电切术(TURBT)联合盐酸吉西他滨灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的效果。方法 回顾性分析中国人民武装警察部队海警总队医院泌尿外科2018年11月至2019年11月收治的82例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者病历资料,根据不同治疗方法将其分为A组与B组各41例,A组应用TURBT联合吡柔比星灌注治疗,B组应用TURBT联合盐酸吉西他滨灌注治疗,对比两组患者的肿瘤标志物水平[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、重组人Dickkopf相关蛋白1(DDK1)]、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]、总体疗效、并发症发生率、不良反应发生率以及复发率。结果 B组治疗后的VEGF、DDK1水平均低于A组(P<0.05)；B组治疗后的IgG、IgM、IgA水平均高于A组(P<0.05)；B组的缓解率与控制率均高于A组(P<0.05)；B组的并发症发生率、不良反应发生率以及复发率均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 TURBT联合盐酸吉西他滨灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的效果理想,可明显改善患者的肿瘤标志物水平与免疫功能指标,病情的缓解率与控制率高,且并发症发生率、不良反应发生率以及复发率均较低。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of TURBT combined with gemcitabine hydrochloride perfusion in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods Eighty two patients with superficial bladder tumor who were treated in urology department of our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B with 41 cases in each group according to different treatment methods.Group A was treated with TURBT combined with pirarubicin,and group B was treated with TURBT combined with gemcitabine hydrochloride.The tumor markers (VEGF,DKK1),immune function indexes (IgG,IgM,IgA) of the two groups were compared The overall efficacy,incidence of complications,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were analyzed.Results The levels of VEGF and ddk1 in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05);the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05);the remission rate and control rate in group B were higher than those in group A,P<0.05;the incidence of complications,adverse reactions and recurrence rate in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion TURBT combined with gemcitabine hydrochloride perfusion in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor has ideal effect,can significantly improve the level of tumor markers and immune function indicators of patients,the remission rate and control rate of disease are high,and the incidence of complications,adverse reactions and recurrence rate are low. |
