| 目的 探讨合谷刺法联合桂枝加芍药汤对于肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果。方法 按随机数字表法将60例符合纳入标准的患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组施以合谷刺法治疗,观察组施以合谷刺法联合桂枝加芍药汤治疗。连续治疗7 d为一个疗程,两个疗程后通过简化McGill疼痛评分表(MPQ)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行临床疗效的分析。结果 治疗后,两组患者的MPQ评分和ODI评分较同组治疗前均有显著下降,其差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者各项评分较对照组更低,对于患者症状的改善程度更明显,其中MPQ评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),ODI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.7%(P＜0.05)。结论 合谷刺法联合桂枝加芍药汤对肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果显著,且明显优于仅使用合谷刺法。 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Hegu Acupuncture combined with Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction on myofascial pain syndrome.Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hegu acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Hegu Acupuncture combined with Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction.Continuous treatment for 7 days as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy was analyzed by the simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ) and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) after two courses of treatment.Results After treatment,the MPQ score and ODI score in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the improvement of the symptoms of the patients was more obvious.The difference of MPQ score was statistically significant (P<0.01),and the the difference of ODI score was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.7%,P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of Hegu Acupuncture combined with Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome is significantly better than that of Hegu Acupuncture alone. |
