| 目的 探讨唑来膦酸联合仙灵骨葆在退休老人骨质疏松症患者中的临床效果及对胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法 选择2016年4月至2019年4月退休老人骨质疏松症患者160例作为对象,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=80)。对照组采用唑来膦酸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用仙灵骨葆治疗,治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组骨代谢水平、炎症因子水平及ET-1水平、骨转换水平。结果 观察组治疗后血清碱性磷酸酶、血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺素以及骨特异碱性磷酸酶的水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及ET-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IGF-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后骨钙素高于对照组,CTX-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 唑来膦酸联合仙灵骨葆在退休老人骨质疏松症患者中应用效果显著,能够明显改善患者的骨代谢及骨转换的水平,降低的ET-1水平,抑制炎症细胞因子的表达,减轻炎症反应。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with Xianling Gubao in patients with osteoporosis in retired elderly patients and its influence on IGF-1 and ET-1 levels.Methods One hundred sixty patients with osteoporosis in the elderly retired from military retired from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as targets,and were divided into control group (n=80) and observation group (n=80) according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid,and the observation group was treated with Xianling Gubao on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the patient′s condition was evaluated,which included the two groups′ bone metabolism levels,inflammatory factor levels and ET-1 levels,and bone conversion level.Results After treatment,the levels of serum alkaline phosphatase,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); after treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and ET-1 levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); IGF-1 levels were higher than the control group′s (P<0.05); after treatment,OC in the observation group was higher than the control group but CTX-1 was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Combining Zoledronic acid with Xianling Gubao has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly retired elderly patients with osteoporosis,which can significantly improve the levels of bone metabolism and bone turnover in patients,reduce the level of ET-1,and decrease the inflammation by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors. |
