      目的 通过在社区老年肌少症患者中进行弹力带训练,观察短期抗阻运动对老年肌少症患者肌力的影响。方法 选取60名老年肌少症患者,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),干预组患者进行12周弹力带抗阻运动训练,比较两组干预前后生活质量和肌少症三维指标的变化。结果 (1)与对照组相比,12周弹力带训练干预后干预组握力、步速、肌少症生活质量量表(SarQoL)总分均显著提升(P<0.05)。(2)与干预前相比,干预组患者的生活质量在运动、功能、日常生活活动,这3个维度得分较干预前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 短期弹力带抗阻运动训练可以改善老年肌少症患者的握力、步速和生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effects of short-term resistance exercise on muscle strength of elderly patients with sarcopenia by using elastic band training in community.Methods Sixty elderly patients with sarcopenia were chosen,and randomly divided into the intervention group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The intervention group received 12 weeks of resistance training using elastic band.The changes of quality of life and three-dimensional indexes of sarcopenia before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results (1) After 12 weeks of elastic band training intervention,the grip strength,walking speed and SarQoL score of the intervention group were significantly improved (P<0.05) compared with those of the control group.(2) The SarQoL scores in the three dimensions of exercise,function and activities of daily living of the intervention group were increased compared with those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term elastic band resistance training can improve the grip strength,walking speed and quality of life of the elderly patients with sarcopenia.
