| 目的 通过荟萃分析评估肾移植后新发糖尿病危险因素是否包括术前丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library医学文献数据库1990年1月至2020年3月所有关于肾移植术后出现新发糖尿病患者伴有HCV感染的相关文献。RevMan 5.3 软件进行统计分析。结果 31篇文献被纳入,研究中肾移植总例数为62 598,新发糖尿病的总发病率为 21.02%。术前HCV感染为肾移植术后新发糖尿病的危险因素(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.68~2.71,P＜0.001)。结论 本次研究显示丙型肝炎为肾移植术后新发糖尿病的危险因素。 |

| Objective To comprehensively examine the correlation HCV infection and the risk of new-onset diabetes after kidney transplantation.Methods A literature search was performed using PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and published between January 1990 and until March 2020.Studies that reported relative risk for new-onset diabetes mellitus after kidney transplantation and with HCV infection were included.Meta-analysis was performed on Revman 5.3 software to identify whether HCV as the risk factors for new-onset diabetes mellitus after kidney transplantation.Results Thirty-one studies involving 62 598 patients were included,and the morbidity was 21.02%(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.68-2.71,P＜0.001).Conclusions HCV infection is risk factors for new-onset diabetes mellitus after kidney transplantation. |
