| 随着生活方式的改变和人口老年化,糖尿病和骨质疏松的患病率均呈明显上升趋势。不同的研究显示,糖尿病与骨质疏松的关系存在不一致性,但糖尿病患者不论1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病患者骨折的风险均增加,给患者生命和健康带来不少危害。该文重点就糖尿病与骨质疏松和骨折的风险进行文献复习并就其预防和治疗简要介绍。 |

| The prevalences of diabetes and osteoporosis increase significantly with the change of lifestyle and population aging.Different studies have shown inconsistency in the relationship between diabetes and osteoporosis,but the risk of fracture in patients with both type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes is increased,which bring many harm to their lives and health.This paper focuses on the literature review about relationship between diabetes,osteoporosis and fracture and briefly introduces its prevention and treatment. |
