| 退行性骨关节炎,也称为骨关节病,是世界上最常见的关节疾患。它是一种以局灶性关节软骨退行性改变、骨丢失、关节边缘骨赘形成及关节畸形和软骨下骨质硬化为特征的慢性退行性关节疾病。该文就退行性骨关节炎的治疗方式,如科学使用关节的科普知识、保守治疗的诸多方法、各种关节腔内注射以改善微环境的方法、不同方式的关节置换等进行综述,以期反馈并应用于临床工作。 |

| Degenerative osteoarthritis,also known as osteoarthropathy,is the most common joint disease in the world.It is a chronic degenerative joint disease characterized by focal articular cartilage degeneration,bone loss,osteophyte formation at the joint edges,joint deformities and subchondral bone sclerosis.In order to feedback and apply to clinical work,this article reviews the treatment methods of degenerative osteoarthritis,such as the scientific use of joint knowledge,conservative treatment methods,various intra-articular injection methods to improve the microenvironment,and different ways of joint replacement,etc. |
