| 目的 探讨低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓的有效性及对生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法 选取2017年7月至2020年6月张家口市第一医院治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者80例,依据治疗方案的不同分组,对照组尿激酶治疗,研究组应用低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、QOL评分、凝血功能以及血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体水平。结果 研究组疗效比对照组理想(P＜0.05)；经干预,研究组QOL各指标评分均比对照组高(P＜0.05)；经治疗两组凝血功能均改善,研究组凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)、FIB水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；经治疗两组患者血浆中FIB、D-二聚体水平均改善,研究组FIB、D-二聚体水平比对照组低(P＜0.05)。结论 用低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓,疗效显著,可提升患者QOL评分,改善生活质量,还可改善凝血功能,降低血浆中FIB、D-二聚体水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the effectiveness of low molecular weight heparin combined with urokinase in patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and its influence on QOL scores.Methods A total of 80 patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2020 were selected for this study.According to the different treatment plans,the control group was treated with urokinase,and the study group was treated with low molecular heparin combined with urineKinase therapy.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the QOL scores of the two groups of patients,the levels of coagulation function of the two groups of patients and the levels of FIB and D-dimer in the plasma of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The QOL index scores of the intervention study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The coagulation function of the two groups was improved after the treatment,and the study group TT,PT,FIB and APTT levels were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma FIB and D-dimer of the two groups improved,and the levels of FIB and D-dimer in the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe therapy of low molecular weight heparin combined with urokinase for deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities has a significant effect,which can improve the QOL score of patients,the quality of life,and coagulation function,and reduce the level of FIB and D-dimer in plasma. |
