| 目的 利用数据挖掘技术,分析白彦萍教授治疗湿疹的用药规律,归纳分析白彦萍教授治疗本病的经验。方法 收集2017年1月至2021年1月就诊于中日友好医院门诊,并由白彦萍教授治疗的湿疹患者的处方资料,建立数据库,通过频次统计、关联分析和聚类分析的方法总结用药特点。结果 纳入研究的处方1 276张,涉及患者558例。通过关联分析得到核心药物30味,以清热除湿、活血凉血、祛风润燥为主,核心药物的使用符合湿疹致病特点。聚类分析得到七类药物,聚类新处方体现了分期辨证论治的思想。结论 白彦萍教授立足湿疹“风湿热瘀”的病机特点,以清热、祛湿、止痒、活血为基本法则,强调局部辨证和全身辨证相结合,分期而治的同时注重以消为贵、寒热并用、标本结合,充分运用辨证论治调节患者脏腑功能、促进皮损的修复。 |

| Objective Using data mining technology to analyze the medication rule in the treatment of eczema and summarize the treatment experience of Professor Bai Yanping.Methods The prescription data of eczema patients treated by Professor Bai Yanping in the outpatient department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were collected to establish a database and the medication characteristics were summarized by frequency statistics,association analysis and cluster analysis.Results The study included 1 276 prescriptions involving 158 patients.Through correlation analysis,30 core drugs were obtained,mainly for clearing heat and dehumidification,activating blood and cooling blood,dispelling wind and moistening dryness.The use of core drugs conforms to the characteristics of eczema.Seven types of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis and the new cluster prescriptions reflected the idea of treatment based on syndrome differentiation by stages.Conclusions Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of “rheumatism,heat and blood stasis” of eczema,Professor Bai Yanping takes clearing heat,removing dampness,relieving itching and promoting blood circulation as the basic rules,emphasizes the combination of local syndrome differentiation and systemic syndrome differentiation.She pays attention to the treatment by stages while emphasizing the importance of elimination,the combination of cold and heat and the combination of specimens,fully using the viscera function in patients with syndrome differentiation regulation to promote the restoration of skin lesions. |
