| 认知衰弱是一种动态的、可逆的病理性躯体衰老和神经退化过程,同时包含躯体衰弱和认知受损的综合状态。认知衰弱与老年糖尿病在发病特点、病理生理机制、疾病预后等多方面存在密切联系。笔者综合国内外相关文献,针对老年糖尿病合并认知衰弱群体,总结其综合评估﹑发病特点﹑有效干预这3个方面研究进展,为临床运用提供依据。目前没有统一的综合评估工具,建议针对评估场景和对象采用不同工具组合；营养干预、运动干预、血糖控制为目前有效干预方式,建议采取综合干预措施延缓疾病进展。 |

| Cognitive frailty is a dynamic and reversible pathological process of physical aging and neurodegeneration,which includes both physical weakness and cognitive impairment.Cognitive frailty is closely related to the attacking characteristics,pathophysiological mechanism and prognosis of senile diabetes.Based on relevant literature at home and abroad,the author summarizes the research progress in comprehensive evaluation,pathogenesis characteristics and effective intervention in aged diabetic patients complicated with cognitive frailty,providing evidence for clinical application.At present,there is no unified comprehensive evaluation tool.So we suggest using different tool combinations for evaluating scenarios and objects.Nutrition intervention,exercise intervention and blood glucose control are effective intervention methods,and comprehensive intervention measures are suggested to delay disease progression. |
