| 老年人胃食管反流病(GERD)的发病机制复杂,临床表现多不典型,而且容易出现严重的食管炎、食管消化性狭窄、Barrett食管,甚至食管腺癌等并发症。由于老年患者合并其他疾病较多,极易造成GERD的漏诊或误诊,当患者治疗效果不满意时一定要考虑其他疾病的可能性。临床上在使用药物治疗老年人GERD同时,应该充分了解反流控制情况,指导患者寻找用药的最小控制症状剂量。因此,临床医护人员需要充分了解老年GERD患者的这些特殊性,制定个体化的优化诊治方案。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in the elderly patients is caused by complex etiologic factors.The elderly patients usually present with many atypical reflux symptoms and co-exist with severe esophagitis,gastroesophageal stricture,Barrett esophagus,and even esophageal adenocarcinoma.There are likely to be missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of GERD in elderly patients who are prone to other diseases.If the treatment effect is not satisfactory for elderly GERD patients,other complicated diseases must be considered.It is necessary to fully understand the reflux-related symptoms controlled and suggest patients to find the minimum controlled symptom dose when treating elderly GERD patients in clinic.Therefore,it′s important for clinicians to understand the characteristics of the elderly patients with GERD,and optimize individualized diagnosis and treatment. |
