| 胃食管反流病(GERD)是老年人的常见消化系统疾病。与成年人相比,老年GERD患者往往缺乏典型的临床表现,但内镜下食管病变程度较重,易发生并发症,对老年患者的生活质量造成严重的影响。由于老年人的典型GERD症状少见,常易漏诊、误诊。老年人GERD患者的诊断方法与成年人无异,包括症状量表、诊断性抑制治疗、上消化道内镜检查、动态反流监测以及新型诊断手段,如唾液胃蛋白酶检测等。但对于老年患者,诊断方法的筛选需要更多地考虑。该文就老年人GERD 的临床特点及诊断方法筛选展开重点阐述。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is one of the most common digestive diseases in the elderly.Compared with adults,the elderly usually lack typical clinical manifestations,and more commonly present with severe esophageal lesions and GERD complications,leading to a great impact on the quality of life of elderly patients.The diagnostic work-up of GERD in elderly patients is similar to the adult population,which primarily involves symptom and questionnaires,diagnostic therapy,upper endoscopy,ambulatory reflux monitoring and novel methods,such as salivary pepsin detection,but there are many important considerations that are particular to the elderly.The aim of this review is to provide an up-to-date summary of clinical features and diagnostic methods of GERD in elderly patients. |
