| 胃食管反流病(GERD)是老年人常见病和多发病,并有较为独特的临床特征,如下食管括约肌压力偏低、食管黏膜修复功能低下、食管动力差、常有精神心理因素影响等。随着中医学对老年人GERD临床研究地深入,采用中医和中西医结合的方法治疗老年人GERD取得了一定的进展。该文介绍老年人GERD的临床特点、中医和中西医结合治疗GERD的方法,反映了老年人GERD的治疗进展。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is a common and frequently occurring disease in elderly patients,and has more unique clinical characteristics,such as low esophageal sphincter pressure,low esophageal mucosal repair function,poor esophageal motility,often affected by mental and psychological factors.With the deepening of clinical research on GERD in elderly patients in traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of GERD in elderly patients by traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has also made some progress.The paper introduced the clinical characteristics of GERD in the elderly,the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of GERD,and reflected the treatment progress of GERD in the elderly. |
