      目的 探讨无创机械通气治疗卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法 选取萍乡市人民医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的72例PCP呼吸衰竭并低氧血症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与观察组(36例)。对照组选择面罩或鼻吸氧治疗,观察组选择无创机械通气治疗。比较2组治疗效果(总有效率)、血气分析指标[血氧饱和度(SaO2)、血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、pH值]、损伤事件发生率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,SaO2、PaO2、PaCO2的改善均优于对照组,pH值与损伤事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无创机械通气可明显优化PCP呼吸衰竭患者的血气分析指标,改善其通气功能,且能够有效减少损伤事件的发生。

      Objective To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of noninvasive mechanical ventilation(PCP) patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 72 patients with PCP respiratory failure and hypoxemia admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with mask or nasal oxygen,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Treatment effect (total response rate),blood gas analysis indexes [blood oxygen saturation (SaO2),blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2),pH value] and incidence of injury events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the improvement of SaO2,PaO2 and PaCO2 was better than control group,and the pH value and incidence of injury events were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Noninvasive mechanical ventilation can significantly optimize blood gas analysis indexes of PCP patients with respiratory failure,improve ventilation function and effectively reduce the occurrence of injury events.
