目的 探讨适老化友善服务在高龄老人健康体检中的应用。方法 选取2020年5月20日至6月30日与2021年5月20日至6月30日两个时间段在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)老年医学科集中健康体检的80例高龄老人为研究对象。将2020年的80例高龄老人作为对照组,采用常规健康体检服务方式;将2021年的同一批80例高龄老人作为观察组,在对照组的基础上给予适老化老年友善体检服务,比较2组高龄体检老人的体检等待时间、完成体检总用时、体检项目一次性完成率、体检服务质量、高龄体检老人的焦虑情绪及体检服务满意度。结果 观察组体检等待时间、完成体检总用时均少于对照组(P<0.05),体检项目一次性完成率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的焦虑程度较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),体检服务质量评价指标中的流程合理、环境便捷、健康指导等指标分值均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;隐私保护与技能熟练等指标分值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组体检服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用适老化友善服务能提高体检服务满意度,惠及高龄老人。 |

Objective To explore the application of elderly-friendly health service in the health examination of the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent physical examination in the Geriatrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from May 20 to June 30,2020 and May 20 to June 30,2021 were selected as the research subjects.Eighty elderly people in 2020 were selected as the control group,and routine physical examination service was adopted,while the 80 cases in 2021 as the observation group received additional elderly-friendly services apart from the normal health services.The waiting time for physical examination,total time for completion of physical examination,one-time completion rate of physical examination items,physical examination service quality,anxiety and satisfaction of physical examination service were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time and total time for physical examination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the one-time completion rate of physical examination items was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The degree of anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The evaluation indexes of physical examination service quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between two groups′ scores of indicators such as privacy protection and skill proficiency (P>0.05).The physical examination service satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The adopting elderly-friendly services can improve their satisfaction with examination services in the elderly aged 80 and over. |
