| 目的 探讨无创正压通气治疗急性左心功能不全肺水肿的效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月北京市回民医院收治的80例急性左心功能不全肺水肿患者病历资料,根据不同疗法分成A组与B组各40例,分别予以常规治疗与常规治疗联合无创正压通气治疗,对比2组患者的症状体征改善时间(呼吸困难、粉红色泡沫痰、肺啰音)、血气分析指标、肺功能、心功能以及总体疗效。结果 B组患者的症状体征改善时间短于A组,P＜0.05；B组治疗后的血气分析指标优于A组(P＜0.05)；B组治疗后的肺功能指标优于A组,P＜0.05；B组治疗后的心功能指标优于A组(P＜0.05)；B组的总有效率高于A组(P＜0.05)。结论 无创正压通气治疗急性左心功能不全肺水肿的疗效确切,可明显改善患者的症状体征与血气分析结果指标。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) in the treatment of acute pulmonary edema due to left ventricular dysfunction.Methods The 80 cases of acute left heart failure pulmonary edema in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into A group and B group according to different therapies,40 cases in each group.Routine treatment and routine treatment combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation were given respectively.The improvement time of symptoms and signs (dyspnea,pink foam sputum,pulmonary rales) and blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups.2) Pulmonary function,cardiac function and overall efficacy.Results The improvement time of symptoms and signs of group B was shorter than that of group A,P＜0.05;the blood gas analysis indexes of group B were better than those of group A,P＜0.05; the pulmonary function indexes of group B were better than those of group A,P＜0.05; the cardiac function indexes of group B were better than those of group A,P＜0.05; the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,P＜0.05.Conclusions Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left ventricular insufficiency pulmonary edema can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients and blood gas analysis index and enhance lung function and heart function. |
