      目的 探究积极心理暗示疗法配合Teach-back健康教育在老年银屑病患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月于复旦大学附属华山医院进行治疗的349例老年银屑病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(175例)和对照组(174例)。对照组采用积极心理暗示疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上配合Teach-back健康教育,比较2组患者银屑病知识评分、治疗依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、中文版皮肤病生活质量指数调查表(DLQI)与匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)得分等情况。结果 出院时及出院1个月后,观察组银屑病知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组服药依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);出院时2组患者DLQI、PSQI评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 积极心理暗示疗法配合Teach-back健康教育可提高老年银屑病患者对疾病的知晓程度,增加服药依从性,改善负性情绪、生活与睡眠质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application value of positive psychological suggestion therapy combined with Teach-back health education among elderly patients with psoriasis.Methods Three hundred and forty nine elderly patients with psoriasis who were treated in the hospital between January 2020 and December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=175) and the control group (n=174).The control group was given positive psychological suggestion therapy,while the observation group was combined with Teach-back health education on the basis of the control group.The psoriasis knowledge score,treatment compliance,psychological status[including Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)],quality of life[Chinese Version of Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)]were compared between the two groups.Results The psoriasis knowledge scores in the observation group at discharge and at 1 month after discharge were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and there was a statistical significance in the score between the two group and at different time points (P<0.05).The medication compliance scores at discharge and at 1 month after discharge were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the two groups in terms of interaction,between-groups and time points (P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS were decreased in the two groups (P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of DLQI and PSQI in the two groups were declined compared with those before intervention (P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Positive psychological suggestion therapy combined with Teach-back health education can enhance the disease cognition,increase the medication compliance,improve the negative emotions,quality of life and sleep quality in elderly patients with psoriasis.
