| 目的 探讨全球社区老年人社会健康领域的研究现状、热点与前沿,为中国促进老年人社会健康相关的研究与管理工作提供理论依据和参考,从而提高和改善社区老年人的社会健康水平。方法 通过Web of Science数据库检索2010—2019年已发表的社区老年人社会健康领域的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件进行图谱绘制和文献计量分析。结果 十年来全球有关社区老年人社会健康领域的发文量总体稳步上升,发文量排名前三位的国家依次为美国、日本和英国。国际上该领域研究热点主要包括社区老年人的躯体功能、心理健康、认知功能水平。老年人社会网络、社会参与也是近年研究的重点。研究前沿主要是影响老年人社会健康的社会心理因素及随机对照试验等研究方法。从2016年开始,衰弱、社会资本及其与老年人社会健康的显著关联等成为研究者关注的焦点。结论 全球社区老年人社会健康领域研究主题多元,但受经济文化影响各地区发展极不均衡,美国居于引领地位。中国老年病医疗保健工作者及科研人员应聚焦社会网络、社会参与等方向,重点关注中国老人的社会资本、衰弱等方面的问题,积极推动全球健康老龄化的进程。 |

| Objective To analyze global research status,hotspots and frontiers in terms of social health of community-dwelling elderly,and to provide theoretical basis for the research and management of Chinese older adults′ social health.Methods Relevant literatures on social health in the community-dwelling elderly were retrieved through the Web of Science database from 2010 to 2019,and CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software was used for knowledge mapping and bibliometric analysis.Results The number of papers issued by social health of community-dwelling elderly has been increasing steadily in recent years.The top three most productive countries were the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom.The international research hotspots in this field mainly included the status of physical function,mental health,cognitive function,social networks as well as social participation of the community-dwelling elderly.Research frontiers included social health-related psychosocial factors of community-based elderly care and research methods such as randomized controlled trial.Frailty,social capital,and their significant association with social health have attracted increasing attention from 2016 onwards.Conclusions Overall,the global research topics regarding to social health of community-dwelling elderly covers various aspects.However,the regional development is highly uneven due to economic and cultural influences.The United States leads the way in global research in this area.Chinese geriatricians,geriatric care workers and researchers should focus on social networks,social participation,etc.,pay great attention to frailty and social capital of Chinese old population,which will actively promote the process of global healthy aging. |
