| 宫颈癌作为妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病愈趋年轻化,给患者造成了严重的经济及社会负担。传统的宫颈癌根治术(除早期保留生育功能的手术)在切除子宫时会离断宫旁结构,损伤盆腔自主神经；同时因阴道长度缩短,黏液分泌减少,大部分患者术后会出现排尿及排便规律改变、阴道干涩、性功能障碍等盆底功能障碍的症状。该文就宫颈癌根治性子宫切除术后可能出现的女性盆底功能障碍及相应的干预措施相关进展进行综述。 |

| As the most common malignant tumor in gynecology,the incidence of cervical cancer is getting younger and younger in recent years,which has caused serious economic and social burden to patients.Traditional radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer (except for early surgery to preserve fertility) will sever the parametrial structures and damage the pelvic autonomic nerves when removing the uterus;meanwhile,due to the shortening of vaginal length and reduction of mucus secretion,most patients will have symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction such as change in urination and defecation patterns,vaginal dryness and sexual dysfunction after surgery.In this paper,we review the current progress related to the possible female pelvic floor dysfunction after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and the corresponding intervention measures. |
