| 衰老与年龄相关疾病的发生发展关系密切。细胞作为机体结构和功能的基本单位,细胞衰老被认为是机体衰老及老年慢性疾病发生发展的一个基本驱动因素。近年来,细胞衰老作为预防与治疗多种与年龄相关的疾病和延长健康寿命的潜在靶点受到了广泛的关注。该文重点对细胞衰老的特征与生物标志物以及相关干预策略的研究进展进行阐述与展望。 |

| Aging is closely related to the occurrence and development of age-related diseases.As the basic unit of body structure and function,cell aging is considered to be a basic driving factor of aging and the occurrence and development of chronic diseases in the elderly.In recent years,as a potential target for preventing and treating a variety of age-related diseases and prolonging healthy life,cell aging has attracted extensive attention.This review focuses on the characteristics and biomarkers of cell aging and the research progress of related intervention strategy. |
