目的 研究骨性Ⅱ类成年患者上切牙区的牙槽骨形态。方法 选取60名骨性Ⅱ类成年正畸患 者,根据垂直骨面型分为低角组、均角组和高角组,每组各20例,均于正畸前拍摄锥体束CT(CBCT)影像, 应用Dolphin软件对3组患者的上切牙区牙槽骨影像数据进行三维重建及测量分析。结果 上切牙根尖平面 牙槽骨厚度、根尖点到腭平面的垂直距离,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根尖平面的牙槽骨厚度、根尖 点到腭平面的垂直距离与垂直骨面型存在相关性。结论 垂直骨面型对于骨性Ⅱ类成年患者上切牙区的牙槽 骨形态有着重要的影响,临床正畸中应结合患者特定的牙槽骨形态进行个性化诊断分析和生物力学设计。 |

Objective To research alveolar bone morphology in the maxillary incisor area of skeletal Class Ⅱ adult patients.Methods Sixty adult patients of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were divided into three groups according to different vertical skeletal types.CBCT images were taken before orthodontics,and three dimensional reconstruction and measurements were performed by Dolphin software.Results There were statistically significant differences in the alveolar bone thickness of inicsor apical root plane and the vertical distance from apical point to the palatal plane among three groups (P<0.05).There were correlations between alveolar bone thickness of inicsor apical root plane,vertical distance from apical point to the palatal plane with vertical skeletal types.Conclusions Vertical skeletal types of Class Ⅱ adult patients have an important influence on the alveolar bone morphology in the maxillary incisor area.In clinical orthodontics,personalized diagnosis and biomechanical design should be based on the patient′s specific alveolar bone morphology. |
