      目的 对高龄人群淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子进行检测并分析,探讨高龄人群的机体及免疫衰 老情况。方法 回顾性分析2021年12月27日至2022年3月24日于中国人民解放军第八医学中心老年医学科就 诊的145例患者一般情况与免疫指标,依据年龄分为高龄组[88.00(85.00,91.00)岁]52例,老年组[68.0(66.0,74.0)岁]52例,中年组[52.00(48.00,56.00)岁]41例,检测并分析3组人群的淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子。结果 3组人群一 般情况(性别、身高、体重、BMI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组人群淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子比较, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中年组与老年组之间除外;高龄组淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子变量间相关性分 析显示CD4/CD8与细胞毒/抑制性T细胞百分比、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)与总T细胞百分比、CD4/CD8与辅 助性/诱导性T细胞百分比、白细胞介素(IL)-6与IL-10均具有相关性。结论 高龄人群免疫系统表现出了进 行性衰退,高龄人群中除NK细胞外各淋巴细胞亚群数及百分比呈现出了进行性下降趋势;伴随增龄出现的免 疫系统调节能力下降。

      Objective The lymphocyte subsets and cytokines of the elderly population were detected and analyzed to explore the body and immune aging of the elderly population.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,145 patients who attended the geriatric department of the Eighth Medical Center of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army during the time period from December 27,2021 to March 24,2022 were retrospectively selected and their general conditions and immune indicators were collected.According to age,they were divided into 52 cases in the senior-age group [88.00 (85.00,91.00) years],52 cases in the elderly group [68.0 (66.0,74.0) years],and 41 cases in the middle-aged group [52.00 (48.00,56.00) years].The lymphocyte subsets and cytokines of the three groups were detected and analyzed.Results Comparing the general conditions (gender,height,weight,BMI) of the three groups, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the results of lymphocyte subpopulation and cellular multifactor in the three groups indicated that the differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05),Except between the middle-aged group and the elderly group;correlation analysis between lymphocyte subpopulation and cellular multifactor variables in the senior group showed that CD4/CD8 and cytotoxic/suppressive T cell percentage, NK cells versus total T cell percentage,CD4/CD8 versus helper/inducible T cell percentage,and IL-6 versus IL-10 were significantly correlated.Conclusions The immune system of the elderly population shows a progressive decline,and this paper shows that the number and percentage of lymphocyte subpopulations,except NK cells,show a progressive decline in the elderly population.A decline in the ability of the immune system to regulate the immune system that accompanies aging.
