| 目的 探讨尼可地尔联合通心络对老年冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)患者的疗效及安全性。方法 选 取2017年1月至2019年1月在中国人民解放军第三〇五医院心内科住院经冠状动脉造影(CAG)诊断为CSF 的老年患者106例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组53例,给予常规药物治疗;治疗组53例,常规药物治疗 基础上加用尼可地尔联合通心络。观察治疗6个月后肱动脉血流介导内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、血浆一氧 化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化、心绞痛症状改善程度及不良反应发生率。 结果 与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后FMD明显改善,NO水平明显升高,ET-1及hs-CRP水平明显降低,心绞痛 症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后上述指标亦有明显变化,差异有统 计学意义(P<0.05),而2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 尼可地尔联合通心络对于老 年CSF患者可降低ET-1、hs-CRP水平,提高FMD、NO水平,改善血管内皮功能。 |

| Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of nicorandil combined with Tongxinluo in elderly patients with coronary slow flow (CSF).Methods A total of 106 elderly patients diagnosed with CSF by coronary angiography (CAG) in the Department of Cardiology of the 305th Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table:53 cases in the control group,given conventional drug treatment.In the treatment group,53 patients were treated with nicodil combined with tongxinluo on the basis of conventional drug therapy.we observed the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms,adverse reactions and changes in the level of endothelial dependent flow mediated vasodilation (FMD),endothelin-1 (ET-1),nitric oxide (NO) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) after 6 months of treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,FMD was significantly improved,the level of NO was significantly increased,the levels of ET-1 and hs-CRP were significantly reduced,and the symptoms of angina pectoris were significantly relieved in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the above indicators in the treatment group also changed significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but the difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions Nicorandil combined with Tongxinluo reduces the levels of ET-1 and hs-CRP,increases the levels of FMD and NO,and improves vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with CSF. |
