急性肺损伤是一种常见且棘手的危重疾病,其病因及发病机制错综复杂,如今已成为临床研究的 热点之一。急性肺损伤是由肺泡上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞损伤,肺毛细血管通透性增强而导致的急性缺 氧性呼吸衰竭。干细胞来源的外泌体具有减低肺部炎症反应、改善肺微血管内皮屏障通透性以及促 进肺组织结构修复等作用,这为急性肺损伤的治疗提供了一种新策略。该文就外泌体在急性肺损伤中的作用 机制研究进展进行综述。 |

Acute lung injury is a common and intractable critical disease,and its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated,which has become one of the hospots in clinical research.Acute lung injury is caused by the injury of alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells,and the enhanced permeability of pulmonary capillary leads to acute hypoxic respiratory failure.It was found that exosomes derived from stem cells can reduce lung inflammation,improve lung microvascular endothelial barrier permeability and promote lung tissue structural repair,which provides a new strategy for the treatment of acute lung injury.This article reviews the research progress of exosome in acute lung injury. |
