| 抵抗素样分子家族(RELMs)是一类富含半胱氨酸的分泌蛋白家族,自2000年被Steppan等发现以来,已经相继有4个啮齿类动物亚型成员、2个人类亚型成员被证实。诸多研究表明RELMs家族与炎症反应、胰岛素抵抗、肺纤维化、血管重塑、动脉粥样硬化斑块形成等有密切关系,其在多学科疾病的发生发展中均起重要作用。该文就RELMs家族的结构以及在不同疾病中的主要功能及其调控机制作一综述。 |

| Resistin like molecule family (RELMs) is a family of cysteine-rich secreted proteins..Since they were discovered by Steppan et al.in 2000,four members of rodent subtypes and two members of human subtypes had been confirmed.Many studies had shown that RELMs are closely related to inflammatory response,insulinresistance,pulmonaryfibrosis,vascularremodeling,atherosclerotic plaque formation and so on.They play an important role in the occurrence and development of multidisciplinary diseases.This review summarized the research progress of RELMs on the molecular structure and main mechanisms in different diseases. |
