| 细胞焦亡是一种近年新发现的程序性细胞死亡,其特征是细胞膜出现孔洞、细胞肿胀破裂,细胞 内促炎因子的释放,导致强烈的炎症反应发生。炎症因子及炎症反应与风湿免疫类疾病的发病关系密切,细胞 焦亡在风湿免疫类疾病的发病机制中也起到重要作用,如类风湿关节炎和系统性红斑狼疮等。该文就细 胞焦亡在风湿免疫类疾病发病机制中的作用进行综述,为阐明风湿免疫类疾病的发病机制提供新的视角,也为 风湿免疫类疾病的治疗提供新的可能靶点。 |

| Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death,which is characterized by plasma-membrane rupture and release of proinflammatory intracellular contents,resulting in a strong inflammatory response.Inflammatory factors and inflammatory response are closely related to the pathogenesis of rheumatic diseases.Pyroptos also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatic immune diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus and so on.This article reviews the role of pyroptosis in the pathogenesis of rheumatic diseases,providing a new perspective for elucidating the pathogenesis of rheumatic immune diseases,and providing new possible targets for the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases. |
