| 铜绿假单胞菌感染是最常见的革兰阴性杆菌感染,常发生于医院获得性感染中,且病死率高。铜 绿假单胞菌可引起人体的呼吸系统、泌尿系统、血流感染、皮肤软组织等部位的感染。由于其耐药机制复杂多 变且往往多种耐药机制同时作用,铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药甚至广泛耐药日益严重,临床抗菌药物选择愈加困 难。该文就铜绿假单胞菌引起的人体各部位感染的抗菌药物治疗进行综述,以便指导临床用药。 |

| Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is the most common gram-negative bacterial infection which often occurs in hospital acquired infection with high mortality.Pseudomonas aeruginosa can cause respiratory system,urinary system,blood stream infection,skin soft tissue infection and other parts of the human body.Due to its complex and variable drug resistance mechanism,the multiple drug resistance or even extensive drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is becoming more and more serious,and the selection of antibiotics in clinic is becoming more and more difficult.This paper reviews the antimicrobial treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in various part of human body in order to guide clinical medication. |
