| 肌少症自1989年首次提出以来越来越受到重视,随着我国人口老龄化的进展,肌少症的患病率逐年增加,造成了巨大的社会经济负担。随着对肌少症研究的增多,发现已经很难将肌少症作为一个独立的疾病去看待,其多学科多疾病存在共同的致病机制及复杂的相互影响方式,其多病共患的特点已经逐步引起广大学者的重视。该文将从肌少症的流行病学及影响因素两方面进行阐述。 |

| Sarcopenia has attracted more and more attention since it was first proposed in 1989.With the progress of population aging in China,the prevalence of sarcopenia has increased gradually,which results in a huge economic burden.With the deepening of research on sarcopenia,we found that it is difficult to treat sarcopenia as an independent disease.It has common pathogenic mechanism and complex interaction mode with multi-disciplinary diseases,and its characteristics have gradually attracted the attention of scholars.This paper will review the epidemiology and influencing factors of sarcopenia. |
