| 随着诊疗技术进步,近年来继发性高血压占高血压病总人群的比例高达10%。继发性高血压与原发性高血压的诊治原则大相径庭。早期诊断,正确处置,对继发性高血压至关重要。该文首先对需要进行继发性高血压筛查的人群进行分析；其次,重点阐述引起继发性高血压的常见疾病,例如肾性高血压、肾血管性高血压、原发性醛固酮增多症及其他内分泌性高血压、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、主动脉狭窄、药物性高血压等；最后,分析老年人高血压的特点及诊治要点。 |

| With the progress of diagnosis and treatment technology,it is believed that secondary hypertension people account for at least 10% of the total hypertensive population in recent years.The principles of diagnosis and treatment of secondary hypertension are different from those of essential hypertension.Early diagnosis and correct treatment are very important for secondary hypertension.In this paper,we first analyzed the population requiring secondary hypertension screening.Secondly,the common diseases causing secondary hypertension,such as renal hypertension,renovascular hypertension,primary aldosteronism and other secretory hypertension,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,aortic stenosis,drug-induced hypertension,etc.Finally,the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in the elderly are analyzed. |
