| 目的 探讨健康体检中宫颈细胞学检测阴性的接触性阴道出血患者阴道镜检查的临床意义。方法 选择2020年9月至2021年10月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)健康体检中心有接触性阴道出血病史,宫颈细胞学检测阴性,同意接受阴道镜检查的体检者243例,进行阴道镜下异常部位活检送病理检查。结果 243例细胞学检查阴性的体检者中,发现宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)61例,其中CIN Ⅰ 43例,CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ 18例；宫颈癌2例,宫颈息肉25例,宫颈黏膜慢性炎和(或)伴间质增生或磷化155例,阴道镜下诊断与活检组织病理学诊断结果比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论 针对健康体检中细胞学检测阴性的接触性阴道出血体检者,及时进行阴道镜检查,可以提高诊断准确率,为宫颈疾病的诊断提供重要指导。 |

| Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of colposcopy in patients with contact bleeding who have negative cervical cytology test during health examination.Methods A total of 243 patients with a history of contact bleeding and a negative cervical cytology test during the health examination of our center from September 2020 to October 2021 were selected and agreed to undergo colposcopy examination,and biopsy was taken under colposcopy for pathology.Results Among the 243 patients with negative cytological examination,61 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) were found,including 43 cases of CIN Ⅰ,18 cases of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ and 2 cases of cervical cancer,155 cases of chronic inflammation of cervical mucosa and/or interstitial hyperplasia or phosphating,25 cases of cervical polyp,there was no significant difference between colposcopic location biopsy and histopathological diagnosis.Conclusions For patients with contact bleeding who have negative cervical cytology test during physical examination,colposcopy diagnosis can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy,and provide important guidance for clinicians in the diagnosis of the condition. |
