      目的 探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)人群与健康人群肠道菌群的差异。方法 在中国人民解放军战略支援部队特色医学中心健康体检人群中招募57例成年志愿者,其中,20例为高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)组人群和37例Hcy正常的健康对照组人群,采集他们的粪便样本。通过使用16S rRNA高通量基因测序技术,对所有受试者粪便样本进行分析,调查不同Hcy水平人群的肠道菌群构成。结果 Fusicatenibacter、大肠杆菌志贺氏菌、罗斯氏菌属、普雷沃氏菌属和巨单胞菌属丰度在高Hcy组中比健康对照组明显增高。结论 HHcy人群与健康对照人群肠道菌群存在差异;肠道菌群构成与HHcy的发生和多项Hcy相关疾病的发展可能存在密切联系。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the difference of intestinal flora between hyperhomocysteine (HHcy) and healthy people.Methods Fifty-seven adult volunteers were recruited from the healthy physical examination population of the Strategic Support Forces Special Medical Center.Among them,20 were in the high homocysteine (Hcy) group,and 37 were in the healthy control group.Their stool samples were further collected.By using 16S rRNA high-throughput gene sequencing technology,stool samples from all subjects were analyzed to investigate the composition of gut microbiota in people with different Hcy levels.Results The abundances of Fusicatenibacter,Coli-Shigella,Rosetella,Prevotella and Megamonas were significantly higher in the high Hcy group than those in the healthy control group.Conclusions There are differences in the intestinal flora between the HHcy population and the healthy control population,which may be closely related to the occurrence of HHcy and the development of multiple Hcy-related diseases.
