| 胃肠道功能障碍是腹部手术患者术后最常见的并发症,不利于患者的快速康复。近年来耳穴贴压在促进腹部手术后患者胃肠道功能恢复中取得了显著的疗效,具有独特优势。该文就耳穴贴压在治疗腹部手术后胃肠道功能障碍的相关研究进行总结,对耳穴贴压法治疗手术后胃肠道功能障碍的机制和应用现状进行综述,为临床应用提供依据。 |

| Gastrointestinal dysfunction is the most common postoperative complication in abdominal surgery patients,which is not conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.In recent years,auricular point sticking has achieved remarkable curative effect in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after abdominal surgery,and has unique advantages.This article summarizes the relevant researches on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery by auricular acupoint sticking,and reviews the mechanism and application status of auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,so as to provide a basis for clinical application. |
