| 在我国人口老龄化背景下,老年甲状腺疾病患病人数越来越多,严重影响老年人群整体健康状态；而老年人群往往合并症多、临床表现不典型,且存在与增龄相关的生理变化,使得老年甲状腺疾病的诊疗过程有别于非老年人群。该文旨在从流行病学、临床特征、治疗现状和预后等方面阐述老年甲状腺疾病的应对策略,规范评估和管理老年甲状腺功能异常人群,促进健康老龄化。 |

| Under the background of aging population,there are more and more elderly people with thyroid diseases,which seriously affects the overall health condition of the elderly population. However,elderly people often have more complications,atypical clinical manifestations,and physiological changes related to aging,which makes the diagnosis and treatment process of senile thyroid diseases different from that of non-elderly people. In this review,we outline the coping strategies of thyroid diseases in the elderly from the aspects of epidemiology,clinical features,treatment status and prognosis,standardize the evaluation and management of thyroid dysfunction in the elderly population,and promote healthy aging. |
