| 甲状腺功能亢进症是常见的内分泌疾病,以弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿最常见,其经典的治疗手段仍是抗甲状腺药物、放射性131碘和手术治疗。就个体而言如何选择一个相对合理的治疗方法,需综合考虑并充分沟通,一些新的疗法在研究和试验阶段,值得期待。该文就如何个体化选择抗甲亢治疗方法做简要叙述。 |

| Hyperthyroidism is a common endocrine disorder,with diffuse toxic goiter being most common.Its classic treatment methods are still anti-thyroid drugs,131radioactive iodine and surgical operation.How to choose a relatively reasonable treatment method for individual with hyperthyroidism need to be comprehensively considered and fully communicated.Some new therapies are in the research and clinical stages,and worth looking forward to.This paper briefly describes how to choose the treatment method individually for treating patents with hyperthyroidism. |
