| 甲状腺功能亢进症以Graves病最多见。初期,以阴虚阳亢为主,气滞痰凝兼见；后期,脾肾两虚,夹湿痰瘀。按照病证结合诊疗模式,结合患者临床症状和理化检测指标将甲亢分为初期、中期、后期。病证结合治疗将其辨证分为辨主证、辨兼证、辨指标3个步骤。通过辨主证明确中医核心病机、确定治疗主方；辨兼证时完善中医兼夹病机、选择加减用药；辨指标时结合中药药理研究,选择具有相关药理作用的药物控制相应理化指标。病证结合康复综合应用膳食、锻炼、针刺、中药穴位贴敷为主,以改善甲状腺功能、提高生活质量、预防复发。 |

| Graves′ disease is the most common Hyperthyroidism.Causes of congenital endowment and physical factors,mainly liver and kidney Yin deficiency,acquired emotional disorders,zang-fu dysfunction.Pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism in the early stage,mainly with Yin deficiency Yang Yang,qi stagnation phlegm condensate and see,hyperthyroidism in the late stage,spleen and kidney two empty,moist phlegm stasis.Combined diagnosis of disease and syndrome,according to the diagnosis and treatment mode combined with disease and syndrome,combined with clinical symptoms and physical and chemical test indicators of patients with hyperthyroidism is divided into early,middle and late stages.Combining disease and syndrome to treat hyperthyroidism,syndrome differentiation can be divided into three steps:main syndrome differentiation,concurrent syndrome differentiation and index differentiation.To identify the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM and determine the main treatment prescription by distinguishing the main syndrome;Improve the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,select the addition or reduction of drugs;combined with the pharmacological study of traditional Chinese medicine,the physical and chemical indexes with relevant pharmacological effects were selected for drug control.The combination of disease and syndrome treatment,the disease has been treated,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment to shorten the course of treatment,reduce toxicity and increase efficiency as the goal;the purpose of postoperative recurrence is to prevent recurrence.The combination of disease and syndrome and stage treatment can be divided into main syndrome differentiation,main prescription,plus or minus drug differentiation.Combining disease and syndrome with rehabilitation,the comprehensive application of drug therapy,diet,acupuncture,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,and active treatment of complications are the main principles to improve thyroid function,improve quality of life,improve appearance and prevent recurrence. |
