| 目的 初步分析2012—2021年十年间甲状腺功能亢进的研究现状,为甲状腺功能亢进疾病的预防、临床和科学研究提供参考,积极做好预防和相关研究工作。方法 运用Scopus数据库,根据引文分析法统计2012—2021年以甲状腺功能亢进为主题的相关文献,分析Scopus数据库收录研究甲状腺功能亢进的文献,包括文献发表出版年、归属学术机构、来源出版物、国家地区、研究方向及作者、基金资助、专利数等分布情况并进行分析梳理。结果 近十年中国关于甲状腺功能亢进发表文献位居全球第2位,资金赞助机构占全球第2位,成为快速发展和研发活跃的国家,但高产作者及国内期刊未进入全球前十排名,同时中国在专利领域数量、质量离国际专利水平依然有很长的路要走,需要不断加速专利创新研究力度,以期未来更多专利发明研发与运用。结论 涉及甲状腺功能亢进研究领域十年间全球发文量11 766篇；美国在资金资助和专利发明总数两方面都远超其他国家；中国在甲状腺功能亢进研究领域与领先者还有较远的距离,因此未来有较大提升空间,需要不断努力,加强预防和该疾病的诊疗及科学研究工作。 |

| Objective To preliminarily analyze the research status in the decade from 2012 to 2021,provide some reference for the prevention,clinical and scientific research of hyperthyroidism in this field,and actively do a good job in the academic and research work related to prevention and hyperthyroidism.Methods The Scopus database was used as the research object.According to the citation analysis method,the relevant literature with hyperthyroidism as the theme in the past ten years from 2012 to 2021 was counted,and the literature status of hyperthyroidism research included in the Scopus database was analyzed,including the year of publication,academic institution,source publication,country,region,research direction and author,fund support The number of patents and other distributions were analyzed.Results In the past ten years,China′s published literatures in the field of hyperthyroidism ranked second in the world,and financial sponsors accounting for the second place in the world.China has become a country with rapid development and active R & D.However,high-yield authors and domestic journals have not entered the top ten in the world,At the same time,China still has a long way to go in terms of quantity and quality from the international patent level in the patent field.It needs to constantly accelerate the research on Patent Innovation in order to develop and apply more patent inventions in the future.Conclusions The published papers involved in thyroid function hyperfunction research over the world is number 11 766 during the past ten years.The United States in the two aspects of funding and the total number of patented inventions are far more than any other country.There is still a long way to go in the research field of hyperthyroidism in China,so there is much room for improvement in the future.Continuous efforts are needed to strengthen scientific research on the prevention and treatment of this disease. |
