| 甲状腺结节属于中医“瘿病”范畴。随着检测手段和诊断技术的提升,其检出率日益增高。目前西医在甲状腺结节的治疗上除长期观察与手术外尚无其他特殊干预手段。该文在系统探讨甲状腺结节气郁为本、痰瘀为物质基础、火热为加重因素的理论前提下,提出以化痰祛瘀为主,加以行气清热之法的治疗原则以及包括外敷、针刺、艾灸、耳穴在内的甲状腺结节的中医外治法防治策略,旨在提高诊疗效率、寻找一种安全可控、简捷有效的治疗方法,为甲状腺结节的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Thyroid nodule belongs to the category of “Thyroid disease” in Traditional Chinese medicine.With the improvement of detection methods and diagnostic techniques,its detection rate is increasing.At present,western medicine has no other special intervention in the treatment of thyroid nodules except long-term observation and surgery.This article regards qi depression,phlegm,static blood and heat pathogen as the cause of Thyroid nodule,and offers a variety of prevention and treatment strategies,including external application,acupuncture,moxibustion,ear acupuncture based on the theory of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,in order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment and find a safe,controllable,simple and effective treatment method as well as to provide a new method for the treatment of thyroid nodules. |
