| 目的 评价风湿骨痛药治疗风湿病的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务系统(WanFang Data),搜集有关风湿骨痛药治疗风湿病的随机对照试验(RCT),由2位研究人员筛查自建库至2022年1月31日的文献,提取所需指标,并纳入RevMan 5.3分析。结果 检索中英文文献共获得26篇,最终纳入9篇RCT文献,共计874例患者,其中风湿骨痛药治疗组437例,对照组437例。(1)Meta分析结果显示与西药对照组相比较,风湿骨痛药治疗风湿病在提高临床疗效(OR=3.58,95%CI:2.35~5.46,P<0.01)、降低红细胞沉降率(ESR)(SMD=-3.06,95%CI:-5.13~-0.99,P<0.01)和关节疼痛(SMD=-2.99,95%CI:-4.60~-1.38,P<0.01)、改善关节肿胀症状(SMD=-6.31,95%CI:-9.56~-3.07,P<0.01)以及健康评估问卷(HAQ)评分(SMD=-3.63,95%CI:-5.67~-1.58,P<0.01)方面有显著优势。(2)发表偏倚分析,根据纳入研究的临床疗效指标文献绘制漏斗图,图形并不完全对称分布,提示存在一定的发表偏倚。结论 现有证据表明风湿骨痛药治疗风湿病疗效确切,且较西医常规治疗在提高临床疗效,降低ESR,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量等方面存在一定优势。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Gutong Capsule in the treatment of rheumatism and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data were searched by computer to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Gutong Capsule for rheumatism. Two researchers screened the literature from the self built database to January 31,2022,extracted the required indicators,and included them in RevMan 5.3 for analysis. Results A total of 26 Chinese and English literatures were retrieved,and finally 9 RCT literatures were included. There were 874 patients in total,437 in the treatment group and 437 in the control group. (1) Meta analysis showed that compared with the western medicine control group,the rheumatic bone pain medicine improved the clinical efficacy (OR=3.58,95%CI:2.35-5.46,P<0.01),reduced erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) (SMD=-3.06,95%CI:-5.13--0.99,P<0.01) and joint pain (SMD=-2.99,95%CI:-4.60--1.38,P<0.01) in the treatment of rheumatic diseases There were significant advantages in improving joint swelling symptoms (SMD=-6.31,95%CI:-9.56--3.07,P<0.01) and HAQ scores (SMD=-3.63,95%CI:-5.67--1.58,P<0.01). (2) Publication bias analysis:funnel chart is drawn according to the clinical efficacy index literature included in the study. The graph is not completely symmetrical,indicating that there is a certain publication bias. Conclusions Rheumatic bone pain traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect on rheumatism,and it has certain advantages in improving clinical efficacy,reducing ESR,improving patients′ clinical symptoms and patients′ quality of life compared with conventional western medicine treatment. |
