| 糖尿病认知功能障碍是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,其发病机制复杂,目前尚无特效药,中医在预防和治疗上具有优势。该文探讨风药的应用与糖尿病认知功能障碍的病因病机相关联,在临床实践中辨证配伍风药疏肝理气、燥湿化痰、通络开窍、活血化瘀、滋阴潜阳、健脾益肾,常能取得佳效。 |

| Diabetic cognitive impairment(DCI) is one of the complications of diabetes.Its pathogenesis is complex and there is no specific drug at present.TCM has advantages in the prevention and treatment of DCI.This article is to explore the correlation between Wind-related herbs and the cause-pathogenesis of DCI.In clinical practice,the dialectical combination of Wind-related herbs can often achieve good results through eliminating dampness and dissolving phlegm,clearing collaterals and opening orificium,activating blood and removing stasis,enriching Yin and subduing Yang,reinforcing kidney and spleen. |
