| 肌少症是备受关注的老年综合征,增加了老年人跌倒、丧失自理能力甚至死亡的风险,给家庭与社会带来沉重负担。随着人们对综合疗法治疗肌少症的研究,中医联合康复的治疗方法走入人们视线。使用相关的康复评定量表如简易五项评分问卷(SARC-F)、简易评分综合腿围评分(SARC-CalF)、Ishii量表等,可以预测评估肌少症的发生；联系中医痿证分型和现代肌少症分期,采用针药联合康复训练的治疗方式,可以达到标本兼治,延缓进展的目的。该文对近年来中医联合康复治疗肌少症相关研究进行综述。 |

| Arcopenia is a well-known Geriatric Syndrome,which increases the risk of fall,loss of self-care ability and even death,and brings heavy burden to family and society.With the research of comprehensive therapy for arcopenia,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation therapy has come into people′s sight.The occurrence of Myasthenia Gravis can be predicted and evaluated by using related rehabilitation assessment scale,such as simple five-item score questionnaire (SARC-F) ,simple score comprehensive leg circumference score (SARC-CalF) ,Ishii scale,and so on,acupuncture combined with medicine and Rehabilitation Training can cure both symptoms and root causes and delay progress.In this paper,Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation treatment of arcopenia is reviewed. |
