| 冬病夏治理论是基于中医顺时养生、治病、调体原则发展而来的时令养生方法,切合中医“天人合一”的养生保健观,是“治未病”思想的具体体现。冬病夏治理论肇始于唐,在宋、元、明时期得到进一步发展,并于清代形成现代冬病夏治治疗的雏形,目前广泛用于呼吸、循环、风湿免疫等系统疾病的治疗中。在冬病夏治理论具体应用时,常以三伏天温、补之法,治疗虚、寒、伏饮为本的疾病,以贴敷、熏蒸等为具体实现途径。现代医学认为,冬病夏治以减轻炎症、氧化应激反应为途径,实现不同疾病在发作程度、发作频次、发作时间方面的降低。但囿于现有研究尚未揭示冬病夏治理论的生理学、生物学基础,高质量临床证据也不充足,以致无法将冬病夏治的具体治疗单独运用至临床诊疗中,也未能深入挖掘冬病夏治理论指导治疗的生物学基础,仍有待对其开展进一步研究。 |

| The theory of summer treatment for winter disease is a seasonal regimen method developed based on the principles of TCM to cure diseases,and help people keep in good health,which is consistent with harmony between the heaven and human,and the reflect of preventive treatment of TCM.The theory of summer treatment for winter disease originated in the Tang Dynasty and was further developed during the Song,Yuan,and Ming dynasties.It formed the prototype of modern treatment in the Qing Dynasty.Summer treatment for winter disease is currently widely used in the treatment of respiratory,circulatory,and rheumatic diseases.In the specific application of the theory,the methods of warming and supplementing during the dog days are often used to treat the deficiency or cold diseases with application,fumigation,etc.Modern medicine believes that summer treatment for winter disease take the approach of reducing inflammation and oxidative stress to reduce the severity,frequency,and duration of attacks of different diseases.However,existing researches have not revealed the physiological and biological basis of the theory,and high-quality clinical evidence is also insufficient,so that the specific treatment of summer treatment for winter disease cannot be applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment alone,and it has not been digging deep.The biological basis guides the treatment is still in need to be further studied. |
