| 心房颤动的治疗已进入综合性的慢病管理模式,衰弱是一种常见的老年综合征,因生理储备下降而出现抗应激能力减退的非特异性状态。越来越多的证据表明,衰弱是老年人不良预后的重要危险因素,衰弱患者的死亡、住院时间延长、跌倒、再住院等风险较非衰弱患者均显著增加。然而,衰弱对心房颤动的影响尚不明朗,该文旨在针对心房颤动有关衰弱的最新进展进行阐述。 |

| The treatment of atrial fibrillation has entered a comprehensive chronic disease management model,and frailty is a common geriatric syndrome,with a non-specific state of decreased anti-stress ability due to decreased physiological reserve.There is increasing evidence that frailty is an important risk factor for poor prognosis in the elderly,and the risk of death,prolonged hospital stay,falls and rehospitalization in frail patients is significantly higher than that in non-frail patients.However,the impact of frailty on atrial fibrillation is unclear,and this article aims to review the latest progress in frailty in atrial fibrillation. |
