| 目的 探讨老年心力衰竭患者发生衰弱的危险因素。方法 选取2019年7月至2021年6月收住安徽医科大学第三附属医院心力衰竭患者136例,进行老年综合评估以及衰弱状态评估,分为衰弱组及非衰弱组,分析老年心力衰竭患者发生衰弱的危险因素。结果 衰弱组老年患者的老年综合征如睡眠障碍、视力障碍、尿失禁、便秘等发生率高于非衰弱组(P<0.05)。衰弱组体重指数、血红细胞、血红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、高密度脂蛋白等指标与非衰弱组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,高龄、合并心房颤动、红细胞计数增高、血红蛋白低、肌酐高是老年心力衰竭患者发生衰弱的危险因素。结论 对于心力衰竭的老年患者应充分考虑高龄、合并心房颤动、血肌酐增高等危险因素,尽早做好干预措施,从而降低老年心力衰竭患者发生衰弱的风险。 |

| Objective To explore the risk factor of frailty in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 136 patients with heart failure admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the comprehensive assessment of the elderly and the assessment of the frailty state,which were divided into the frailty group and the non-frailty group,so as to analyze the risk factors of frailty in the elderly patients with heart failure.Results The incidence of geriatric syndromes such as sleep disturbance,visual impairment,urinary incontinence and constipation was higher in the frailty group than that in the non-frailty group (P<0.05).Body mass index,erythrocyte,hemoglobin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,high-density lipoprotein and other indicators in the frailty group were statistically significant compared with those in the non-frailty group (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,atrial fibrillation,RBC,hemoglobin,creatinine were the a risk factors for weak occurred in elderly patients with heart failure.Conclusions Age,atrial fibrillation,RBC,hemoglobin,creatinine may be the risk factors for frailty in elderly patients with heart failure. |
