| Music is the art of sound,but also produces physiological and psychological effects on the human body.People have a profound understanding of the role of music in preventing and treating diseases from ancient times.Modern studies believe that music plays a positive role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases of the elderly such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and dementia,as well as anxiety,depression,delirium,chronic pain and sleep disorders. |
