| 人口快速老龄化是世界各国都在面临的严峻问题。衰弱在老年人中十分普遍,涉及到机体的各个方面,视力、听力等感官功能障碍是最常见的。视力、听力障碍可通过影响老年人活动能力、心理健康、认知功能和社会功能等几方面,来影响老年人整体的生活质量。医务工作者可通过一些调查问卷、简单的检查等来筛查视力听力障碍。及时有效的干预可改善老年人生活质量。该文从听力视力障碍对老年人的影响、筛查方法及筛查后的获益进行综述。 |

| The rapid aging of population is a serious and worldwide problem.Frailty is very common in the elderly,involving all aspects of the body,visual,hearing dysfunction is the most common.Visual and hearing impairment can affect the quality of life of the elderly by affecting their mobility,mental health,cognitive function and social function.Medical workers can screen for visual and hearing impairment through questionnaires and simple examinations in order to intervene in time and effectively can improve the quality of life. |
