| 人口老龄化给公共卫生系统带来的压力和挑战逐渐增加,因此,世界卫生组织于2015年提出“健康老龄化”的议题,即从老年人内在能力、生活环境及两者之间的互相作用和影响入手,纵向追踪老年人内在能力的轨迹,进行个体化的干预以阻止或逆转内在能力的下降,将老年人功能发挥最大化,并先后发布老年整合照护指南和手册指导健康老龄化的实施。我国提出实施积极应对人口老龄化的国家战略,将医养结合模式作为实现健康老龄化的突破口,颁布一系列政策并开展广泛试点。该文对健康老龄化与老年整合照护进行阐述。 |

| The pressure and challenge of population aging on the public health system are gradually increasing.Therefore,the World Health Organization put forward the topic of "healthy ageing" in 2015,which includes intrinsic capacity,environment and the interaction between them.By longitudinal tracking the trajectory of older adults′ intrinsic capacity and individualized interventions,we can stop or reverse the intrinsic capacity decline.In order to maximize the functional ability of the elderly,ICOPE guidelines and handbook for the elderly are issued successively.China has put forward the national strategy of actively responding to population aging,and taken the "Medical and Old-age Care Integration model" as a breakthrough to achieve healthy ageing,promulgated a series of policies and carried out extensive trials.This article reviews healthy ageing and integrated care for older people. |
